Important Note :
This is the new EM Track-III Master Install as of October 2011. It replaces the original Master install from 2004. It contains all updates as of EM Track-III version 3.5.08.
A valid serial number, a current Support Subscription and an Internet connection is required to download and install this product. DEMO installs do not require a subscription. If this system is installed at a location without live Internet connection or if your corporate firewall prevents a connection to the EM Track License Server, you may require a current license file from the Support Desk and manually install it prior to running this install.
If this is a new install then the system will act as a demonstration system (DEMO) with limitations as to the number of vehicles and tires you may track and how long you may operate the product.
If you are re-installing EM Track-III over a previous production system you may do so and later replace the database with your saved database. Beware, however, that you do need a valid serial number and activation code for the system to function. The activation code is only valid for the duration of your EM Track-III support. If your support has expired you need to renew it first before you receive a new activation code.
To operate the most current version of EM Track, you should follow this master install with the most recent version 4 update that is published on this site. You may also use the automated update feature from within EM Track-III in Help/Check for Updates.

Support Contract
Your annual technical support contract must be current in order for you to receive free product updates. All other downloads, including the Demo version, are still available to everyone.
Internet Access
If the computer where you use EM Track-III on does not have Internet access, you may download a file to this computer you are currently using, then carry it over to your EM Track-III computer to execute. You may use any storage device that both computers recognize, like a USB stick.
