If you are re-installing EM Track-III over a previous install you may do so and later replace the database with your saved database. If your support has expired you need to renew it first before you receive a new activation code.
To operate the most current version of EM Track, you should follow this master install with the most recent update that is published on this site.

Description
This is a self-installing driver for Windows Vista. It is used to allow older style help files, such as being used by EM Track-III, to be accessible under the new Windows Vista operating system. Installation of this driver is optional, but without it, you cannot access the help system of EM Track-III.
Do not attempt to install this driver onto any other version of Microsoft Windows. It will not work

Your annual technical support contract must be current in order for you to receive free product updates. All other downloads, including the Demo version, are still available to everyone.
Internet Access
If the computer where you use EM Track-III on does not have Internet access, you may download a file to this computer you are currently using, then copy it over to your EM Track-III computer to execute.
